1. Allotment Memo downloaded from the website
2. Certificate to prove date of birth
3. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended and Conduct Certificate
4. SSLC or equivalent certificate
5. Grade Card/Mark lists of all parts of the Degree Examination and Provisional/Degree Certificate
6. Eligibility Certificate/ Equivalency Certificate for Degree and PG in the case of candidates who have passed the qualified examinations from universities outside the state. (if applicable)
7. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
8. Caste Certificate from the Revenue Authorities concerned in the case of SC/ST Candidates
9. Community Certificate from the Revenue Authorities concerned in the case of Community Quota Candidates
10. Candidates who wish to avail of bonus/weightage of marks shall produce the relevant certificates.
11. Passport size photograph – 2 Nos.
12. Self addressed stamped (Rs.5) envelopes – 3 Nos.
