    Candidates under merit list are requested to report at the college for interview on 17.07.2017 at 10.00 a.m.

    The following documents in original should be produced by the candidates at the time of interview

    (1) Transfer Certificate (2) Conduct Certificate (3) SSLC or equivalent certificate (4) Mark list of all parts of degree examinations and PG examinations wherever applicable and Degree/Provisional certificate(s). (5) Certificate to prove nativity. (copy of the SSLC or any other relevant document) (6) Certificate obtained recently in support of claim for communal reservation (if applicable.) (7) Certificate in support of special reservation if applicable. (Sports/PWD) (8) Eligibility Certificate from MG University in case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination (UG & PG) from other universities outside the state. (9) Migration Certificate (for candidates passed their qualifying examinations from universities other than M.G.) (10) NSS/NCC Certificate at degree level (if applicable). (11) Certificate in support of Ex-service category claim obtained not earlier than six months (if applicable). (12) Passport size photograph – 5 Nos. (13) Self addressed stamped (Rs.5) envelopes – 2 Nos.

Board of Management

The Chapter of St.Joseph’s Monastery, Mannanam which consists of the permanently ascribed members of CMI Congregation, is the Board of Management of St. Joseph’s Training College Mannanam. For practical purposes and administrative efficiency, the Chapter has constituted an education committee consisting of 5 members as the Board of Management of St. Joseph’s Training College, Mannanam.

The Board is entrusted with the task of evaluating how far the CMI Education Policy is translated in the educational planning and execution of the teacher training programmes of the college.

Members of the Board

1. Prior, St. Joseph’s Monastery, Manager of the College.

2. Educational Secretary, St. Joseph’s Province, Thiruvananthapuram.

3. One nominee of the Chapter.

4. Principal (if a member of CMI Congregation)/ another nominee of the Chapter.

5. Bursar of the college.

Powers of the Board

1. The Board is responsible to translate the CMI Vision of Education and to communicate the instructions of the CMI Congregation to the Institutional authorities.

2. The Board evaluates the performance of the educational institution and makes sure that the policy of the CMI institution is in operation.

3. The Board envisages a cordial relationship and co-operation among the members of the staff and students.

4. The Board is authorised to make immediate actions in case of internal disputes or indiscipline in the college.

5. Admission in the Management Quota is to be recommended by the Board after verifying the applications.

6. The Board holds discussions with the Principal, members of the teaching and non-teaching faculty and students at least once in a year.

7. The term of office of the Board is usually three years unless there is general election in the CMI Congregation or in the Province of St. Joseph’s, Thiruvananthapuram.

8. The Board meets at least twice in a year and briefs its inchapter resolutions.
